Congratulations to Valencia for their big reduction to inheritance tax / Better late than never. If you are going to leave your assets in the Valencia region to your Spouse or your children living in Valencia or  back in the U.K. , Ireland , U.S.A. or Australia they will pay almost NO inheritance tax  .
